Sports Performance Training

The Athletic Trainers at IAT have the primary responsibility of designing and implementing comprehensive fitness, performance and injury prevention programs. Through their expertise, they assess the current physical condition of athletes, identify potential risk factors, and design customized exercise programs to enhance endurance, strength, speed, power, mobility, and flexibility. Our unique evaluation process and 1-on-1 or small group attention allows us to upgrade your fitness and performance, work toward your specific goals, and improve your body's resilience and resistance to injury. We provide programs for youth and adult athletes, fitness enthusiasts, First Responders, Military, and those just looking to improve their overall quality of life. All of this can be done in our 6,000 sqft. facility in Piscataway, NJ.

ASSESSMENT

Our assessment process is a series of strategically chosen tests that help us paint the picture of our athlete's strengths and weaknesses to create a performance baseline. IAT takes a closer look at each athlete's:

PROGRAMMING AND TRAINING

Once our assessment is completed, we begin to build out a custom program based on current needs, age, gender, sport, position, time of year, in-season vs off-season, and your goals.  Our clinicians and performance specialists work 1-on-1 to teach, guide, and progress our athletes and clients through their programs to ensure they get the most out of it, and can replicate that same intent throughout their training, fitness endeavors, and athletic careers.
